1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website.
- The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging (including tags, box, invoice, and certificates, if any).
- The return request is made within the allowed return window.
Note: Customized, engraved, or resized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
2. Return Window
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- For change-of-mind returns (if applicable), request a return within 7–14 days of delivery.

3. Return Process
- Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and pickup details.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Depending on your location, our logistics partner will pick up the product, or you may be asked to ship it back to our return address.
Note: For “change-of-mind” returns, the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost. For defective/damaged items, shipping is free.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it for eligibility (original condition, packaging, and hallmark). This process usually takes 2–3 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately. If denied, we’ll notify you by email with details.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after return approval.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank account).
- Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (as per your choice).
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention it in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability and any price difference must be settled before dispatch.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but you may still request a return after delivery (if eligible).
9. Important Notes
- Please ensure all jewellery is returned in original packaging with any certificates, authenticity cards, or bills.
- Customized pieces, engraved jewellery, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
