Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location; however, most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive real-time tracking updates via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way until it reaches your doorstep.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website.
• The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging (including tags, box, invoice, and certificates, if any).
• The return request is made within the allowed return window.

Note: Customized, engraved, or resized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Return Window

• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• For change-of-mind returns (if applicable), request a return within 7–14 days of delivery.
